Tickets Documentation

A Discord support-ticket bot with a web dashboard. This is the complete guide to inviting it, setting it up, and running support with it.

Members open a support ticket by clicking a button on a panel message you post in your server - no slash command to memorize. Each ticket gets its own private thread, your support team replies there (or from the web dashboard, on premium servers), and once it’s closed the whole conversation is saved as a permanent, shareable transcript. Everything about how tickets work - who can see them, what channel they’re created in, what the panel message says - is configured from the web dashboard, not by editing files or running commands.

If you’re evaluating whether to add this to your own server, start with Getting Started. If you already added the bot, jump straight to the section you need below.

Getting Started

Invite the bot, understand the permissions it asks for, and run the Guided Setup wizard to send your first ticket panel.

Ticketing

Panels, multi-panels, staff teams, claiming and closing tickets, transcripts, and the unified tickets list.

My Tickets

The cross-server view every logged-in user gets for tickets they’ve personally opened - not just server admins.

Premium

What premium unlocks today, how the free-tier limits work, and how to unlock it with /premium.

Admin & Permissions

Who can do what: Discord server admins and a server’s support team members are two different things.

Slash Commands

The handful of commands available inside a ticket thread, and who’s allowed to run each one.
