FAQ
I don’t see my server in the server list
Section titled “I don’t see my server in the server list”You need the Manage Server permission on that Discord server for it to show up under Your Discord Servers. If you just got the permission, try logging out and back in.
Tickets aren’t opening when someone clicks a panel
Section titled “Tickets aren’t opening when someone clicks a panel”Check two things: that the panel was actually sent (Ticket Panels shows unsent panels too - creating one doesn’t post it, see Ticket panels), and that the bot has permission to create channels/threads in the ticket category configured for that panel. See Permissions & intents if you’re not sure the bot’s role has what it needs.
A staff member can’t see or reply to a ticket
Section titled “A staff member can’t see or reply to a ticket”Make sure they’re a member of (or hold a role in) a support team assigned to that ticket’s panel, and check your claiming settings under Server Settings - if a ticket’s been claimed by someone else, whether other teammates can still see or reply to it depends on those toggles.
Why can’t I create a second ticket panel?
Section titled “Why can’t I create a second ticket panel?”Free servers are currently capped at 2 ticket panels by default (5 on premium) - your server’s Ticket Panels page shows the exact quota you’re working with as Quota: X / Y. See Premium for what premium changes and why these are the current defaults, not a hard-coded forever limit.
Why is a member’s ticket blocked after one open ticket?
Section titled “Why is a member’s ticket blocked after one open ticket?”Same idea as panels: free servers default to 1 open ticket per member, premium servers to 5. Your server’s Settings page shows the number that actually applies to you.
Can I reply to my own ticket without opening Discord?
Section titled “Can I reply to my own ticket without opening Discord?”Only if the server that ticket belongs to is premium - see My Tickets and Premium. On a non-premium server, replying from the web isn’t available; reply on the Discord thread directly instead.
How do I get premium for my server?
Section titled “How do I get premium for my server?”Run /premium in your server - if you have the Administrator permission there, it replies with a button that opens Discord’s own purchase flow. See Premium for exactly what it unlocks.
A transcript link says “expired” instead of showing the conversation
Section titled “A transcript link says “expired” instead of showing the conversation”That means the ticket really existed and was closed, but its saved transcript has passed its retention window and been removed - see Transcripts. That’s different from a link that was never valid, which shows “not found” instead.
Still stuck?
Section titled “Still stuck?”Ask in our Discord.
